It was Roman day yesterday, it was fantastic. We wrote in Latin on a clay tablet it was like a hard test. We made a roman Lararium and it was made of straws and pastels. It took for ever my friend fell asleep. Then we made mosaic it was brilliant because we all made something different. We all got to be a roman and a slave. We ate things that the Romans ate we ate grapes and apricots and drank wine.

Yesterday it was Roman day. First we got changed into our costumes. Then went to the fun factory and had our pictures took. After that we went to the classroom and sat on the carpet and Mrs Mabb explained how to speak Latin then we went to our desks and we made clay and write on it in Latin. I got a bit of my face. After play we went to Mrs Fireman class and made Laramie’s then we had lunch. After we went to Mr Crees and made mosaics.

Roman day was great!! We made temples, bracelets, mosaics and we even had slaves that fed us cheese, dried figs, dried apricot, grapes and even pitta bread! Mmmmm!!!!
But I hated it when I had to be a slave! We were running out of cheese and everyone was clicking and shouting “cheese!” I didn’t know what to do! Running here, running there, I nearly dropped the cheese at one point!

On Thursday we had roman day. We dressed like Romans I looked like Victorian it was more fun than I thought. We ate roman food. Grapes and bread let me say lovely roman food. Ho I just forgot we learnt to do roman writing I even know how to write my own name and do mosaics.

Yesterday was Roman day, first we went in to the fun factory so we could have a class photo. We had to listen to some rules before we could start the day. Then we went back in to our own classes. Class 3m and made clay tablets but we did not write in English we wrote in Latin. I made a room sign. Next it was play but we could not go out to play so me and GT got a game but by the time we had set it up it was time for another activity. After break we went into Mrs Firman’s to make a lararium and a golden bracelet. The best thing about Roman day was the Roman feast.

Yesterday was a fun day because we had 3 different activities. One of them was a roman school and we made a tablet out of clay and we learnt in roman numbers up to twenty. Next we went to another class to make a Lararium.

Yesterday we dressed up as Romans also we ate real Roman food some of the food was called figs, cheese, grapes and we ate pitta bread also we drank pretend wine that was actually blackcurrant. It was fun!

On Roman day we made mosaics, larariums and clay tablets.
We liked the Roman feast especially we liked the pitta bread. The best thing was making the clay tablets and the larariums. I think my mosaic was rubbish because I had different colours in the background and it looked like 2 multicoloured giant legs.

School is fun I like roman day because it was a fun way to learn and the best thing was the empiyery. And we had fun school is fun.

Yesterday was Roman day. I loved it when we made clay tablets with Latin words and numbers on. After that we made a Lararium and bracelets in Mrs Firman’s classroom. After lunch we made mosaics in Mr. Crees’ room we had lots of fun. I learnt that the Romans made mosaics .Finally to finish the day off we had a Roman feast and Miss Mabb split the class in half .Half were slaves half were important .The food we had was bread, cheese, apricots, Figs, dates and grapes.
Everyone loved it!
